Delete the file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsu250.dll

I couldn't do these two steps because it wasn't in the hijack this and the file wasn't in the folder. I did a search and my computer said it couldn't find it. so I'm assuming its already deleted.

Also, a while ago, I changed my uxtheme.dll file. I made a back up called uxtheme.dll.old. I was wondering if that changed could have messed with my computer and if so how to reverse it.

I don't think that could have caused any problems, but you're better off asking in the Windows XP forum, since I'm not entirely sure.

Your log is clean, so any issues you have now aren't malware related, and you would get better help posting in the Windows XP forum.
