SM Bus Controller for GA-7N400 Pro 2

One device on my system is without a driver - the sm bus controller, so I'm searching for it. I have a Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro 2 board. Driver doesn't appear to be on the CD that came with the board and can't find anything about it on Gigabyte website.

Any help appreciated!
