Spy Doctor is on the Suspect/Rogue Anti-Spyware Programs list, with these comments:

“False positives work as goad to purchase; same app as Spyblocs/eBlocs, Spyinator, SpyKiller 2004, & SpywareThis; Ad-aware knockoff [A: 6-29-04 / U: 6-29-04]”
I would uninstall it too...

more on it here

nope... still nothing and my computer is not running as bad as it was... it is getting faster and faster slowly but surely... but my spydr says that I still have trojan files and my firewall is telling me that i have a spyware virus that is tracking my computer and is trying to get information from websites that i have used... i have tried to get that off with everything that i have but only the spydr is tracking it and i don't have the money to get it... is there anything else that i can do without having to reformat??

I think we've done about as much as we can on the tech side of the problem. It's now time for a trip through the Malware Forum to get the rest of the malware off the machine.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions found there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself...then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Be patient, the Malware Forum is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual. Do not reply to or bump your own topic. If it shows a reply it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
