Okay. What you are looking for is called a "coupler." Here is an example. This essentially takes two male connectors able to hook together (i.e. the cord from the monitor to the cord from the xbox) via two female connectors. You should be able to pick this up at any small electronics store (RadioShack comes to mind). As far as using both, you would need some sort of switch to do so.
