Can I now uninstall HijackThis, DSS, OTMoveIt, ComboFix, VundoFix, and Flash_Disinfector? I plan to continue running AVG antivirus and SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition.

Please double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it.
Click the Clean up button
Click YES at the next prompt (list downloaded, Do you want to begin cleanup process?)
Click Yes to the reboot,

One other thing I might siggest if your able is to add some more memory to the machine 256 is just enough to run XP
