and of course, since wednesday last week, I've had a wicked cold, where every time I cough, I either hurt because of what is in my head, or cough so hard I hurt my obliques - I've not been to the gym for about 3 weeks, because of weather, and because of me being sick - today was the first day that I actually felt like doing much, so we played Monopoly (Family Guy Edition) and I saw my brother James and my sister in law Ashley as well, and the dog (Zeva) got a rawhide lolipop chew and a Rawhide Chew that is a house, and she also got a duck and some small balls to play with All in all, everyone did well in my family

I wish there was a tool in the Malware Arsenal to get rid of stubbon sinus/headcolds - If I could invent one, it would be called SinusCleaner 1.0 hehehehe

Well my son got a Nintendo DS and a Nintendo Wii, but Santa did remember to leave Brain Age 1 & 2 for the DS for me.
Oh, and I might play the Wii from time to time.

Usual small bits like chocolate etc.

Got a scarf from my mum which I badly need - my hoodie is too big and leaves a huge gap between my chin and the neck of the jumper which gets really cold Also from mum got a book which is all about name real people have had, and you wouldn't believe what some parents have called their children!

Got a cheque for £1000 from my nan, plus christmas money from her and everyone else which came to £1280 which i'm going on a spending spree with. Notable things I will buy:

Carry case for it
About 7 C++ books

PC games - Unreal Tournament 3 (Collector's edition), Enemy Territory: Quake Wars (Collector's edition) and Half-Life 2: The Orange Box, Debating whether to get Guild Wars: Nightfall Collector's edition, which is £50 in shops and £10 online...

I had a great Christmas .

I got a really cool abstract glass sculpture that's about 3 feet tall, some books, a soft fuzzy blanket from one daughter, and a sweater from the other.

My kids got a Nintendo Wii bundle with 8 games, a trip to Australia, as well as the newest Harry Potter DVD and Pirates of the Caribbean DVD.

Like Sarahw, I also got a large credit card bill.

Well I have to say this was the best Christmas ever.

I had a baby 11-16-07 by c-section. So he was my early Christmas present.

I had been in pain since giving birth. On 12-17-07 a month after his birth I went back to doctor. Told them it had been a month since I had given birth and was still in a lot of pain. Had a ultrasound a doctors office and they found the problem and sent me in for a ct scan. There they found two abssess behind my uterus. Was admitted in the hospital and put on 48 hours of iv antibiotics. Sent home with two drainage tubes coming out my stomach and another week of antibiotics. Went to have another ct scan Christmas eve abssess was better and they removed my tubes. I thank God that my health is better no infection and pain free for over a week. And that's the best Christmas gift I could receive this year.

Our kids had a good Christmas, and we managed to use our checking account, not our credit cards this year. Hooray!!

My favorite present was a wrist support for my trackball hand with little beans in it. It's comfy.

a litter of Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs,
a lot of camping gear, including a new Garmin to replace the one I "lost"
and a lot of smiles from my wife and kids, which makes it a great Christmas.

Hmm what did I get? Ohhhh an excellent Christmas bonus from my boss. That rocked, and was unexpected.

My girls got me some candles, some bath stuff, and best of all... they snuck off to get pictures of themselves and the baby for me! I got five gorgeous framed 8x10 pictures of my girls.
