That box is unchecked and yes, I have already tried switching the cables to make sure it was ok.

P/N 33L4889 and S/N 51099107040, no actual model number. I've already tried running down all the leads on the cam. I'm sure there are new drivers or something out there somewhere but I couldn't find out much.

I also got the PC Cam download off of another site but now Winzip says it can't open it because it is not archived or something like that. What can I do with it to get it on my comp???? I am NOT good with Winzip...very confusing to me for some reason

Normally, you just double click and winzip opens it...or download tugzip, install it, then right click the file and choose extract to...
