I don't see that it says that anywhere, no. I looked under all the folders, just to make sure I wasn't missing it somewhere.

It would show up as "extra" drives in My Computer. You should see a "Local Disk C:" obviously, are there more drives listed?

I have:
Local Disk C
Recovery H
Removable D, E, F, J, K
DVD-RAM I
So, nothing that says 15 in 1 that I see

D, E, F, J, and K would be the card reader.

I'm pretty sure it's the TV card...if I can find the right driver for it...

It installs, but it doesn't help.

Let's run an audit on the machine so I can see if I can see what it's looking for.
Download and install WinAudit. Run it on the machine and save a report in HTML format (tutorial here). This will generate 3 HTML files. Attach the one named rightframe.html to an e-mail to me. I'll PM you with my address. Give me a bit to look it over and I'll post back here with what I find.

I received the report and am comparing what is installed in your machine with the component list that is supposed to be included on that model. While I do this, try going to Windows Update and use the "Custom" option to see if it will come up with any drivers that might need to be installed. If it finds any, please let me know what they are.

No, no drivers.
I will be leaving work soon, so I will check back here on Monday, OK?
Thanks!

Everything points to the TV card. AND...the second driver should have been the correct one for your card.
Did you reboot after installing the driver software that last time?
