Now how can something that does not know what a virus is make one up?Don't trust Norton or McAfee. I highly believe they "make-up" trojans and adware.

I'm a Panda.
Perhaps I could have phrased that a bit better... What I meant to say was I have Panda Platinum Internet Security and I love it. In my professional job I can quite easily scan a computer that Norton says is clean and get into triple figures with Panda before it gets anywhere near the Windows folder.
McAfee used to be really really good in the early days but I was particularly keen on the old InoculateIT anti-virus program which was the precursor to what is now EzTrust Antivirus. When it was InoculateIT, it found everything I chucked at it. Once it was rebranded EzTrust, it now finds nothing at all.

Like the other 50,000 "what antivirus should I use" threads before it, this one has run its course.
