i think ive downloaded somthing i shouldnt i can open my documents but when i try to open recieved files a message comes up saying error report send or dont send not sure if dr watson has anything to do with it as im not very good with computers i need step by step instructions please help

sorry just tried and opened it and it worked dont have a clue what ive done over the past few days or whether its gone not sure. also havnt got a clue what ive dissabled
