i have 768 speed on cable. i have 3 pc's in network. this is the problem when i do a speed test with the router on the speed goes down to 346 or so, them with out the router is ok. the router is a linsys besfr41 and its like 2 years old. then may be its time for a new router. what you guys think?

Are the other computers actively downloading while you speedtest?

If so, that's why your speed is down.

one pc is off and the other is on but is not downloading.

Try running speedtest when your computer is the only one on. You may find that the other computer is using the connection without your noticing it. It has happened, a lot of infected computers send copious amounts of data to and from behind the scenes when there are no browser windows open.
