My site is http://micah.boeing747fp.com . It is in html. I was wondering if you guys could give me any ideas on what to do next.

The other site I help with is http://arctist.com .
This is one of my friends who has started his own company in web design.

Thanks,

if your going to try to be a web designer it might be a good idea to experiment with tables and such and how to set up pages to be more dynamic as 100% width with colums for menus and such... good work thought ive been making a living doing this for awhile... directnet

also i have found that clients really like dhtml effects such as drop down menu's and boxes. try to use stylesheets (.css) to make your page links more dynamic and your text and spaces the same on all browsers.

Ahh what the hey......

here is my so-called-wanna-be-design-site

www.mediactivesolutions.com

i actually thought at one point i was able to have this as a company.

Maybe oneday.

I hope to start up another site with help for others in terms of getting rid of spyware and stuff like that, with full screen shots or better yet, full flash usable interfaces...

shemani, i like the forums and its pretty active. the only advice that i can give you is that the busy graphics arent very appealing to me..studies show most people on the web are looking for the information and easy ways to read it. the header image is a little distorted, but the site is a good idea and it looks like you have alot of action. possibly making the forums look more professional could increase your registered users and also help people navigate throughout the site. other than that keep up the good work.

Three years ago I was really frustrated by my mom's inability to communicate with computer so I've decided to make a web site that would have some suggestions on how women should treat computer. Later i've just added some stuff that interested me, like history of PC, hist. of hard drive, and some other stuff.
I also wrote a VB unit converter program that I called SIME (Si to Metric). It was in two languages: Eng and Russian.

http://yourpc.h1.ru/

Check out the page, never mind that it's all in Russian. I stoped utdating before I had time to add english section. Unit converted looks pretty cool so at least try it. However if you run it, you'll see it has one bug, i think it messes up numbers when you convert miles. SIME also has a feedback email. Don't use it, i forgot the password :tazz:

Enjoy !
