Turn off Script Debugging in Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab.

Hi AccidentalClick,

It means you are running too many programs in the background and there's not enough page file for it.
Under Virtual memory click the drive in which your computer runs windows on or just highlight it on the top.
Reboot.

For Script Debugging, both of them were already checked. For Virtual Memory, I'll get right on that.
