Not serious but annoying "avatar"

Nothing serious.

Just wondered why it won't change. Seems pretty simple, but not working.

Strange. Although the TOU says, "Avatars should not be more than 16kB", there is a pixel size limit, too. Doesn't mention formats in TOU, but most are allowed. There is an Image Scaler on in My Controls and probably is in yours. No error message listed after you tried to save your new Avatar?
