hi, i'm back again for more help. after you guys helped me remove that dreaded blue screen virus. now i find that i cannot get the adobe flash player installed again. when i try to install it it just closes out my browser and shows a send error report box to microsoft. i've tried over and over again and nothing. could you please help me. i'm unsure if it is my settins or what, and i don't want to screw around with anything. thank you

followed all the instructions and i still can't install flash player, i keep getting the error box send to microsoft and it keeps closing the browser out completely.
