My Desktop has virtumonde.dll and I can't get it off. I've tried Spybot and it just hangs around, I also used Unlocker to clean off an old Norton program so I could installl Trend Micro. However, my computer keeps telling me that Norton is still there and refuses to load. I know the trojan came from either limewire or itunes but that is all I know. It has hijacked all icons and only displays the wallpaper. You can only use the computer by hitting the ctrl+alt+delete.
I even went to system restore and that did not work. Can anyone help?
