problems installing xp with raid 1

I just built my computer with two drives and i setup the mirror before doing anything then i put my windows xp disk in. I pressed f6 to install the raid drivers. Put my floppy in with the drivers on it. Then when the first screen with options on it. I hit enter then i got the blue screen. Stop error. please help me
