Laptop to stereo

My old Sony PCG-R505GL, with a docking station, has all of my music on it. Is there a simple way to connect it to my stereo? A wired connection wouldn't be a problem.

Depending on your connections both on laptop and stereo, you probably have a couple options.

If you want audio only, you can probably use these, I use them all the time.

If you have video on your laptop and have s-video connection, this may work.
