Open windows explorer to show hidden files:
1. On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
2. Click the View tab.
3. Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
then locate this file/folder.
Guess who doesn't use Firefox, but if necessary I will download a copy and check it out

Then delete profiles.iniC:\Documents and Settings\AMD.AMD-C1F6EBFE7E7\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\elyx4joi.default
Guess who doesn't use Firefox, but if necessary I will download a copy and check it out

Thank you so much for your help and time. Now I can open Mozilla and computer is running fine.
