Outlook 2003 error message. "UID of a message...."

This is the error message..."The UID of a message changed unexpectedly this typically indicates a server bug. Your program may not function properly after this" and it doesnt, now it keeps locking up. I have Outlook 2003 on Vista. and IMAP accounts. Thanks.
