I have an HDD that is NTFS. How would I change (Reformat it) to FAT32?

Maybe I'm not being clear. The HDD I have is NTFS. I would like to know how to change the file system to FAT32.

Howdy:

Before you begin, note that the FAT32 file system has size limitations. In this version of Windows, you cannot create a FAT32 partition greater than 32 gigabytes (GB). In addition, you cannot store a file larger than 4 GB on a FAT32 partition.
