You kinda have to "use your ears" when reading this. If you do, I think you'll get it.

I went to a late lunch with a friend. When discussing "what's up with you" early in our lunch I told him about "the GeekU thing" I've been doing and told him I was working on speeches. Anyway, three hours later we were getting ready to part and I mentioned that I had to get home and work on my "clean/close/prevention" speech. He looked dumbfounded and asked me who I was giving the speech to and why would we want to prevent clean clothes. At first I was dumbfounded. Then I busted out laughing.

why would we want to prevent clean clothes.
