Do not worry, that is a false positive, meaning the file is safe, and the antivirus detects it falsely as a threat.
To disable avast so that you can download the file, do the following:
Right click on the avast icon in the system tray and click Stop On Access Protection. Say Yes when asked for confirmation. It will then show the various parts of avast being disabled, and after that you should be able to download the tool normally. Then just follow the instructions in my previous post and post the log here for me to look at.
