internet explorer hijacker 3923.cn

At home for Christmas and my mom's computer's homepage cannot be reset. It always goes back to 3929 dot cn. I followed all the necessary steps and mbam was able to remove it and after a restart the homepage was set to google.com, but after a second restart it went back to the bad page.
