Vista Home Premium and PC Shield Deluxe Issue

Everytime I install the PC Shield Deluxe on the this computer is gives me an error "Unauthorized Change to Windows", as soon as I removed PC Shield Deluxe i can use the computer fine.

The computer is running Vista Home Premium and the anti-virus is the latest one 7.0.1.325, I have installed this on another Vista Computer and had no issue.
