ERROR MESSGE APPEARS WHEN PC IS STARTED

Wondered if there was anyone that could stop this annoying message that appears everytime I start my pc.

I have written the error message that appears below, and also attached a latest hijackThis log

If anyone can help I would be very grateful

Error in
C:\windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCFtime.dll
missing entry:RunDLLEntry

This is your Lexmark printer driver.
Reinstall driver.
Also, no printer driver is needed to run as a startup. Disable it in msconfig.
