I have been asked to look at my friends laptop for her as it is freezes all the time when using the internet and MS outlook and often gets the dreaded blue screen. I have run Norton, spybot search and destroy and AVG and nothing has been found, also did a bit of a clean up with the temp files and cancelled down some programs from startup as 78 processes were running but other than that I havent done anything else as yet. My friend uses torrents for music files and although she scans everything I assumed it would be a virus that was causing the problem but I cant seem to work it out myself
