Dr watson Postmortem debugger

when my computer starts, the "Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger" has encountered a problem window pops up and will not close! nothing wlse on my computer works at all. not the start button, not even the time! please help me! How can i remedy this?? As you can probalby tell, I am a novice!!
