Hi there,
last night I experienced the good old frmwrk32 backdoor/trojan. It was really unpleasent and took me over 5 hours to remove most of it. I used Malwarebytes' anti-malware as requested in your website, to remove most of it but when it took it off, my sound didn't work anymore and I couldn't use any of the keys on my keyboard. (I have a laptop). Thankfully I have a wireless keyboard and I can type on here. Could someone please help me with this problem. I really don't want to have to reformat my computer.

Sincerely,
Gregory

I now just updated windows service pack 2 to service pack 3 and now It won't let me log into my computer. It will turn on, load windows but when I go to sign in and put my password on it says loading personal profile then says logging off then goes back to the login screen. Does anybody know what is happening. I really need my computer for work and would rather not reformat it. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
Sincerely,
Gregory
