Those logs looks OK.

Are you're business mail accnt an yahoo accnt?
If so I can see on you image that you are set as I am Available in the Chat and Mobile Text (to the lower left in the image)

Even though you're not using Yahoo messenger, you've set up your accnt so that others can see you and invite you. And it looks as some one has that believes they do know you.

I don't have an Yahoo accnt myself so I don't know the settings you can do. But you shouldn't be available.

Log into your accnt and change the settings.

If you get the invitation again decline it.

Did that solve it?

Heir you are a genius!

I nervously clicked on the 'decline' option and changed the settings and it solved the problem. No more annoying yahoo messenger pop up.

I don't have that chat option in my other email accnt so i have NEVER even seen that until now.

Also, strangely enough that yahoo messenger started appearing at about the same time as the Antivirus 360 pop up (which is now gone) so I was being extra cautious.

Thank you Heir for all of your help. Now I will go ahead and do the housekeeping stuff you told me to do.

By the way, I had to uninstall my antivirus (AVG 7.5) because it was conflicting with the ComboFix and it wouldn't let me disable it. What free antivirus do you personally recommend?

Thank you again so much. :)

Ah good so we finally solved it.

Sure here are the one's I recommend

One AV is a must have! But never more than one, as this can and will cause conflicts and false readings. I have listed three free AV's below which are as good as any paid subscription AV, as long as you allow them to update themselves.
