Spyware Protect 2009, Virtumonde, maybe more?

So I was away for a weekend, and I came back to my little brother saying my PC has got a virus. So I boot it on and not only is it running slow, but something called "Spyware Protect 2009" is installed on my computer and its got a malware called Virtumonde. Can anyone please help me get rid of this? My PC is only a few years old and has had very little problems with Malware. I use Ad Aware to scan it for anything and regularly use Trend Micro for my firewall.

Also, if there's better software I could be using to prevent future attacks that would be most helpful.
