My windows vista home basic has been invaded by virus identified by avg as win32/cryptor. the notification appears three times. Using avg to remove it, as prompted, locks up everything but my cursor which is useless.
Spybot Search and Destroy has been crippled and does not respond. At start up firewall is being turned off. I am currently running AVG, System Mechanic, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Windows Firewall. The problem started after notification from norton that subscription is due to expire without my response, and a Java upgrade.
I THINK I have everything, Please help. Thanx in advance, PAULTHAAT'SALL
