I am running AVG that I had to save on CD from another computer. I cannot download any programs directly onto this computer. When I right click, nothing happens so I cannot even post the HiJackThis file for you. Here are the symptoms so far:
1. Toolbar in IE gone - the top one with File, View, etc.
2. Cannot download anything at all
3. Tabs on taskbar at bottom do not have any identification in them at all. They just show the little blue E for IE.
4. Right click disabled

Please help!

Edited to Add:
the file is named Killti.exe
