If my Toshiba that is Windows Vista screen broke with all these blackishly blue digitized thing came out what do i do? Get it fixed at a store? I dont have warranty.

Can you clarify for us exactly what a "blackishly blue digitized thing" actually is please?
Do you mean the screen's broken on the laptop?

Take it to a PC repair shop near you and get an estimate for the repair. Screen prices can be very expensive, so you may want to hook up an external monitor to use the system.

There's usually a little blue plug on the side or back of the laptop. Plug the monitor into that.
Some systems will detect it automatically - while others may need the "Fn" key and another key to be pressed. Look for a picture of 2 monitors on your F keys (usually F3, F4, or F5).
