do u know a program that u Talk to computer-computer opens file?

i thought it would be cool if there was a program that could learn your voice or something so when u say something like "Open My Documents" into your mic it would search for my documents or w/e file u say and it would open it. It be even better if it could talk back, but just if it did the 1st part that would be great!! i hope someone knows of a program that does this =)
