Hello today I bought a new phone and my mother wants to have my old Nokia N70. Is there any way to unlock this phone with normal cable CA-53 and easy way?

This is something you'll have to have your cellular service provider help you with...it's not something we can support here as we cannot verify the phone owner identity.
