combofix /u doesn't work - how to remove?

There's a big ol' Combofix folder and one called QooBox on my D:/ drive. I installed it a while back on advice to get rid of a trojan. I'd like to get rid of Combofix and related files now.

Everywhere I look says some variation of going to "Start" > "Run" or the command prompt, typing "combofix /u" and hitting enter. Doesn't work. Help!
