My internet wont work I have a trojan!

I am on my other laptop because I tried over and over to go on my laptop and it wont let me on the internet due to a trojan. I went out and bought norton 360 but I can even put it on because you have to be on the internet to install and it wont let me. Please Please help me!!!! Thank You
