Get rid of ambient/background noise. The less noise there is, the less hindering of the voice/recording.

Thank you very much for your assistance: by connecting MIC with HEADPHONE socket, I am able to record internally songs, etc, though sometimes the results are far from desirable. But I suppose there's nothing more to be done here.
