Hi,

Well, I'm sorry that did not go as planned.

I think the best thing to do now would be to have one of the expert technicians assist you in our windows forum as I only remove malware and would have trouble trying to guide you through this without your machine in front of me

Post a new topic HERE advising what has transpired and link back to this topic, so the techs can see what we have done.

hopefully they will be able to recover the installation.
