Dont know much about computers....this is my first post. Whenever I try to install new software I get the following message:

C/Windows/System32/Autoexec. nt not suitable for running MS-DOS and MS windows applications

Have no idea what this means...ran and updated all my virus, spybot, adware software. Did a CHKDSK...still get this message. What do I do?
