My name is Lisa and i'm hoping you can help me before i pull all of my hair out. I have an acer aspire 5535 that has vista basic on. Worked alright for about a month and then its turned soooo slow its unreal. I've never ever had a problem like this befroe. It takes ages to download internet pages and downloading a track from itunes is murderous. I have another laptop and desktop that run pperfectly. Anyone tell me what could be wrong with it? I have just paid £25 for registry easy and its not helped any. the laptop is 5 months old.
Please help my sanity ;-)

I got the same laptop.
for me It runs fine cause I upgrade to Windows XP.

For your sake though knowing Vista sucks I recommend downloading and upgrading with windows 7 32x beta.
