My friend said that she has some virus that's blocking her from certain sites. Apparently, geekstogo.com is one of them. So I'm trying to help her fix her computer.. But i'm not too great w/ computers, so I'm really asking for help from one of you guys @ geekstogo.

Thank you SO MUCH btw!

This is the convo i had with her:

[] (9:23:39 PM): uhmmm
[] (9:23:46 PM): one day
[] (9:23:52 PM): i turned on my computer and automatically
[] (9:23:58 PM): this thing was downloaded in my computer
[] (9:24:01 PM): its called personal antivirus
[] (9:24:14 PM): it pops up notifications like every 5 minutes
[] (9:24:20 PM): saying that i have a trojan virus and taht is hould kill it
[] (9:24:35 PM): and it says...pay this..then we'll clean your computer
[] (9:24:43 PM): but then..this..program..itself is a virus..
[] (9:24:44 PM): LOLL
[] (9:24:50 PM): but even if i go to my control panel
[] (9:24:53 PM): i can't delete it..
[] (9:24:55 PM): and...
[] (9:25:01 PM): when i go to other websites..
[] (9:25:17 PM): where you put the address for ..the internet...it says "aboutblank"
[] (9:25:21 PM): and..the page is blank..
[] (9:25:26 PM): and it won't let me get through :)
[] (9:25:30 PM): LOL

The AIM sn is censored for obvious reasons. I'm not sure what to make of it, but i'm sure you guys know better than i. If there's anything you need her to do, i can tell her to do it and yeahh cool! thank you again!
