size change and blocking

Note in the attached (on the left) that the size of the 'internal information' of the popup has changed to much larger and this hides at lot of the right and bottom information. This has just happened in the past day or so. I tried restore points to no avail, and I reinstalled the driver (there are '2' printers installed - see attached [on the right]), the lower one is installed by Windows, the upper is the driver I installed and reinstalled from HP - it makes the printer more useful.
Any ideas on how to get this back to normal?
