Hello all first of all thank you for reading my thread and hope u expert out there can assist me with my problem.

Im having problem where i can't access to any Microsoft and Windows Update websites wat seems to be the problem? If u gonna assist me please give me a step by step guide cos im really a computer beginner. I've tried following the steps on some thread where theres ( Solved ) on the topic but i still can't access to any Microsoft and Windows Update websites any1 care to assist me here?? Thx in advance.
