I live in NZ and there has not been any news as of yet for pre-ordering Win7 or any pricing. I had a look on amazon.co.uk and win7 is available for pre-order at only £65. I am looking to pre-order from here as it may end up costing more in NZ anyway, however I was wondering if there is any difference between a European version and the Pacific version?

The software is the same wherever you buy it.
The only difference is the versions (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, etc) and the prices that are in local currency.
