Done all previous steps and got that bluescreen again:

Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Thu 2009-09-24 02:45:28 your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: hardware
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8008E59028, 0xB2000040, 0x800)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
This file could not be located on your computer, we suggest that you search on it with Google.
Click here to do a Google search on hardware

One thing weird about that crash... it didnt happened at 02:45 but at 22:43... Cant it something related to a clock somewhere??

I really do thank you for the help youre providing me by the way :) Youre great!

since it only happens when playing a game I suspect either the CPU or the GPU is getting hot...
the problem is none of the tools I would normally recommend are ready for windows 7 yet...speedfan has a beta out here but read the disclaimer BEFORE you download and try it...
same for GPU-Z info here and download here
we can try everest home here...once you download and install it launch it and click on the + beside computer...then sensor...get a screenshot and post it

Possibly simple question...

Any update patches for the game? Are you running any add-ons - especially unofficial ones?

Cheers

Thanks for the replies! :)

As for the temperature, I havent been able to use Everest not Speedfan Beta cause nothing was showing on the sensors... But, using the actual release of Speedfan, I've been able to get some readings. I'm joining the pic. From what I see it seems like alarming, but it aint. The GPU temp, if under 95, is pretty normal. The temperature actually shown are taken when playing the game World of Warcraft (which is causing the bug).

As for the game itself, im not running irregular addons that could damage the game itself + tons of people (million) are using the 2-3 im using. Of course it could be an interresting test that I'll do tomorrow.

Thank you again for your support. I sooo dont want it to be my Motherboard :)

If only I could just know which on my hardware part is causing that blue screen :) I'm trying to understand that http://msdn.microsof...y/bb725851.aspx but it is like giberish to me ! Anyone else can help me understand something about the architecture and the error its giving me? I'll stil continue my readings but its getting too "hardcore" for my knowledge :)

Gibberish it is... but I wonder if it's anything to do with the fact you are playing on 64-bit Windows 7?

Does WoW specifically have a 64-bit version? Is the 32-bit version specifically listed as compatible with Windows 7 64-bit?

WoW dont have a specified version for windows 7 and theyre not officially supporting it but, tons of players are playing on W7 64 and theyre having no issue at all. Would a software like a game enough to get some blue screens? I was playing WoW on Vista 64 bits before having W7 and it was working fine.

Ok, I had a spare HD so I decided to install Vista 64 bits. Last night, 4 hours of playing... 0 bluescreens. I'll keep you all up to date but in my opinion it aint a hardware failure but a driver issue! I'd be very happy of that haha!

Another 5 hours of playing and no crash... So ok, its based on some software issues. Either it comes from WoW using some bad stuff from Windows 7 or it comes from drivers or a both :) I've written mails to video card and motherboard's companies to check out with them. Gigabyte already told me it could come from the fact that Intel didnt released the drivers for Windows 7 64 bits yet for their chipset... yeah that could explain it :)

Nightmare came throught last night... Another BSOD while in Vista :)

Only test left I can do is to try an old video card. If that aint working, I'll have to RMA mobo and cpu /sigh. I'm so tired of this crap... Thanks for the support :)
