I'm having troubles with running the zip software within Windows Explorer. I'm running windows vista on my Dell laptop. I'm not sure if Windows Explorer comes with WinZip or another brand of zip software, but when I right clich on file(s) there is an option to "send to zip file" and that is how I'm zipping my files. Anyway, I've been having problems with this lately. After selecting "send to zip file" the process will either stop short with an error message, or it will finish with only a few of the files I've selected compressed. I wanted to reinstall the zip software but I'm not sure which type windows uses. Any help appreciated.
