im running windows vista on my laptop and then this nortel thing began to pop saying that i have viruses on my computer (such as monster.fx) i know these are fake and im having trouble getting nortel off my computer im fairly new to computer stuff soo if someone could walk me through on how to get rid of this stuff it would be greatly appreciated.
