Is not able to download and unistall anything

my computer will not download and uninstall anything...
The errors that always come up says" win 32 application not valid" and "install.log file" with wise on the top of the box error message.
I tried to check for virus but doeesn't show up anything and i tried system restore and it didn't work.
And other thing,I do not like java console that keeps popping up because it can be so annoying.
